Fun is a psychological requirement which keeps mind, body & soul healthy. Childhood should have the right to fun. We have crafted some programmes for the rural children through which, the interest to learning increases.
Saraswat
Education is regarded as a key instrument for the empowerment of women. Education can change their worldview and facilitates their participation in public life. To support women in education Finar Foundation launched a program called “Saraswat” on 7th March 2018. In this program, a batch of around 30-40 women will be taught by the team of Finar Foundation. with a help of a software they can learn to write, read and to do small calculation.
Kite Festival
To aware the children about importance of road safety and cleanliness and to encourage children to fly higher their imaginations we celebrate Kite Festival in January. In the celebration we arrange drawing competition in which students draw and write slogans of road safety and cleanliness.
Christmas Day
Christmas is one of the favorite festivals of kids when they expect gifts from Santa. But the kids from rural area are not aware of Christmas celebration and Santa. To give smile to such students of Government Primary Schools who have never meet Santa and celebrated Christmas, we arrange to bring Santa to their schools. Santa gave gifts and chocolates to them and danced with them.
Fun Fair
Finar Foundation wanted to provide a different learning experience to the students on Children’s Day. We organized Fun Fair which was totally managed by students. They were handling food stalls, games and some fun activities. It was an effort to teach them management, commercial and business skills.
Girl Power
It is an initiative started to motivated girl students. We have provided badges to some schools which are being awarded to the girl students for their extra ordinary work in school.
Satva
An Innovative Food Testing Kit developed by Microbiology Department of Finar Limited. It Can be used easily to identify almost 45 types food adulteration.
Payas
Finar Foundation has started an initiative to help the cattle breeders who face problems regarding health of their cattle. With the usage of PAYAS, cattle breeders can assure the health of the cattle and generate consumable milk, which will ultimately improve human health.
Computer Support
We support schools in maintenance of the systems they have and arranging learning sessions for student’s in computer literacy.
